Feedback: The website still have a lot of technical problems. You should validate your web for W3C Markup Validation Service and W3C CSS Markup Validation Service. I know that you have told me that you are building a new website but it is taken too long. You have 2 choices.

Hurry up with the new website and build everything in CSS

Build the SEO pages in CSS. As I have told you the nesting table coding that you have makes very difficult to have the right keyword density for your keywords

The download time could be improved too. 100k should be the maximum size that you should have and both pages weight more than that.

The redirect 301 that you have implemented is working very well. In a few days you should build another Google sitemap with the new URL and you should resubmit the sitemap to Google. The problem that you might have is that everytime that a new petition goes to your server if have to get through the .htaccess file. This file takes a lot of resources on your server and it could make your site to work slower than it should be

The blog that you have build is working very well too. I can see that little by little is gaining traffic and all your post are indexed by Google very quick

For singular you are doing very well:

Madrid Apartment
Apartment in Madrid
Apartment Madrid

You are already in the first page

For plural

Madrid Apartments
Apartments in Madrid
Apartments Madrid ( a little push with this link)

You are already in the second page

We all know that plural are more visited than singular therefore it is a little bit more difficult to get it into the first page. I have been monitoring your page and it has climbed from page 11 to page 7 to page 4 and right now to page2

As I said you are in the right track, so keep on going. A few more relevant links and you will be at first page in SEO.

Remember content is the key. Write fresh and new content and you will get the Google juice

The URL still fluctuating and this is because Google is analyzing your web. You are in the right track. Now you have to push it just a little bit more in order to get a permanent position in the first page of Google search page
